We hope the following questions and answers help with anything you'd like to know about our EV charger service.
How do I use the EV chargers?
Download the Eranovum app, create a user account, find an available charger at the car park, and follow the app's instructions to start your charging session.
What types of chargers do you have?
We have three types: 22 kW semi-fast chargers with a Type 2 (Mennekes) connector, 30 kW fast chargers with a CCS Type 2 connector, and a dual 80 kW ultra-fast charger with a CCS Type 2 connector. The 22 kW chargers are compatible with most electric vehicles; the 30 kW and 80 kW chargers require the vehicle to support fast DC charging.
Which car parks have them?
How long does it take to charge a vehicle?
It depends on the battery capacity and the maximum power the vehicle can accept. As a guide, with a 22 kW charger a standard electric car can charge from 0 to 100% in about 2-4 hours. With the 30 kW or 80 kW chargers (fast DC charging), it's possible to reach 80% in 30-60 minutes.
How much does charging cost?
Prices are set by Eranovum and may vary. Check the current rates directly in the Eranovum app before starting your charge.
Does the charging price include parking?
No. Parking is paid separately. When entering the car park you must take a ticket and pay at the machine before leaving.
Can I book a charger?
It's not possible to book a specific charger. You can check real-time availability in the Eranovum app.
Can I access the chargers 24 hours a day?
Yes. You can enter the car park at any time by taking a ticket, including outside staffed hours.
