We answer the most common questions about our hand car wash service in Alicante: wash types, prices, online bookings, opening hours and more.
How much does a hand car wash cost?
Prices depend on the type of wash and the size of the vehicle. The Basic Wash costs €21 (standard) or €25 (XL). The Superior Wash costs €29 (standard), €34 (XL) or €40 (XXL). You can check all our prices on our rates page.
What is the difference between the Basic Wash and the Superior Wash?
The Basic Wash (approx. 1 hour) covers bodywork, windows, wheels, vacuuming of upholstery and mats, dashboard cleaning and ozone disinfection. The Superior Wash (approx. 2 hours) adds thorough wheel cleaning with degreaser, boot vacuuming, conditioner treatment and plastic mat brushing. Both include free parking.
What types of wash are available?
We offer six types: Basic Wash + ozone, Superior Wash + ozone, Exterior Wash, Interior Wash + ozone, Ozone Treatment and Motorbike Wash. The first two can be booked online; the rest are only available in person.
Can I book an appointment online?
Yes. You can book the Basic Wash and the Superior Wash through our online calendar. The Exterior Wash, Interior Wash, Ozone Treatment and Motorbike Wash can only be booked in person at the car wash.
What are the car wash opening hours?
The car wash is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. Some locations are also open Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays. You can check the exact hours for each location in the booking calendar.
How do I cancel or change a booking?
When you book online you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to cancel your appointment at any time. You can also cancel or change your booking by calling 965 14 40 80.
What happens if I'm late for my appointment?
It depends on how late you are. If the delay is short we'll try to fit you in, but sometimes it won't be possible to complete the full service. We recommend calling us if you know you'll be late.
Does the wash include free parking?
Yes. The Basic Wash includes 2 hours of free parking. The Superior Wash includes 3 hours. The Exterior Wash, Interior Wash and Motorbike Wash include 1 hour (or 90 minutes for XXL vehicles). The Ozone Treatment includes 1 hour.
Is the service available for large vehicles (SUVs, vans)?
Yes. We have specific rates for XL vehicles (SUVs, MPVs, 4x4s) and XXL vehicles (vans and larger vehicles). You can find more information on our XL vehicles and XXL vehicles pages.
What does ozone disinfection involve?
Ozone removes bacteria, viruses, fungi and bad odours from inside the vehicle without chemicals. The treatment takes about 15 minutes and is included in the Basic, Superior and Interior washes. It can also be booked on its own for €7. More information on our ozone cleaning page.
Is the boot included in the vacuuming?
In the Basic and Interior washes the boot is not included in the base price, but can be added for €3 more. In the Superior Wash, boot vacuuming is included.
